Asico Real Estate Llc. is seeking a Private Travel Planner to design and execute bespoke international travel for a private Emirati family.

You will curate end‑to‑end experiences, sourcing destinations, hotels, villas, and exclusive experiences aligned with the family’s preferences and style. The role requires extensive personal travel experience, strong organization, discretion, and the ability to manage all aspects of travel planning from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have personally traveled to 30+ international destinations.
• 5+ years in luxury travel planning or related support roles.
• Experience planning complex international itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end luxury travel experiences for family members.
• Create personalized itineraries based on family interests and objectives.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, villas, and exclusive experiences based on first‑hand knowledge.
• Coordinate flights, accommodations, transfers, charters, and VIP services.
• Arrange visas, travel documents, and insurance.
• Prepare detailed travel books with itineraries and contacts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all travel arrangements.
