Mashreq is seeking an experienced Advised FX Sales Specialist to grow our FX revenue within Private Banking. You will support Relationship Managers, identify opportunities, and deliver client-focused FX solutions across affluent portfolios.

Formación

• 5+ years of client-facing FX or treasury sales experience.
• Experience serving Private Banking, affluent or high-net-worth clients preferred.
• MBA or equivalent finance qualification required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market data into actionable ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Advised FX sales activities across Private Banking with RMs, Client Service Managers, Investment Advisors and internal partners.
• Maintain client engagement to grow wallet share and position the bank as FX and treasury solutions provider.
• Support RMs in identifying, prioritizing and converting FX opportunities across target segments.
• Provide joint client calling support, propose FX ideas, and drive transaction activity.
• Coach RMs on FX opportunities, client conversations, product positioning and sales momentum.
• Promote FX products (cash FX, FX forwards, margin FX, options, dual currency investments) aligned with governance and suitability.
• Drive new-to-bank business and cross-sell through proactive engagement and referrals.
