Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC is seeking a capable professional in Abu Dhabi to support Relationship Managers and the EAM desk with client onboarding, KYC, documentation, and ongoing maintenance. You will drive cross-selling across Mashreq Private Banking products and provide personalized service to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Shall be a graduate with experience in banking or service industry.
• Good negotiation, decision making and superior interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle low value clients for relationship management and act as a backup RM.
• Support RMs to be the first face to customers for inquiries and service-related activities.
• Assist RMs to conduct proper KYC and ensure client documentation is updated timely.
• Liaise with group compliance for escalations: AML/KYC/DTRs/RFIs, etc.
• Contribute to projects to enhance client and Partners/EAM experience and data availability.
