Mashreq Private Banking is seeking an experienced Relationship Management Support professional in the United Arab Emirates to assist RMs and EAMs with client onboarding, KYC, documentation, and ongoing maintenance, while promoting Mashreq's private banking strategies.

You will handle low-value client interactions, support cross-selling of deposits, asset products, and bespoke solutions, and coordinate with acquisition managers across corridors to identify new opportunities, ensuring service

Qualificações

• Must have strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and customer service environment.
• Candidate should be a graduate with banking/service sector experience.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients including documentation, KYC, and agreements with complete ownership.
• Support RMs and EAM coverage desk with client servicing and maintenance; cross-sell private banking products.
• Conduct outbound calls for campaigns to existing private banking clients.
• Ensure adherence to KYC/AML procedures and governance; maintain data integrity in systems.
• Provide regular feedback to improve processes and service-related issues; liaise with compliance for escalations.
