Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Forex Account Manager to drive client acquisition and manage relationships, advising clients on trading strategies and platforms.

You will identify new clients, maintain a strong book, and collaborate with teams to deliver timely market insights while achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FX sales, strong Forex knowledge, and excellent communication skills; a Finance/Business/Economics degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in Forex or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, platforms, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a high-potential client network.
• Proficiency with MT4/MT5 and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new forex clients.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Provide product advisory and platform demonstrations.
• Educate clients on trading risks and strategies.
• Collaborate with research, marketing, support, and compliance.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs.
