Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC in the UAE is seeking a mortgage sales professional to source and acquire mortgage customers, including high-net-worth clients. The role emphasizes building relationships with private banking segment and active participation in team activities and compliance training.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of banking experience with at least 1 year in mortgage sales, strong product knowledge, and adherence to AML/KYC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in field of Mortgages.
• 2-3 years of banking experience with minimum 1 year in Mortgage sales/
• Adequate knowledge of products, service policies and processes of mortgages.

Responsibilities

• Acquire High Net Worth mortgage customers for the Bank e.g. Private Banking.
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives within targeted segments, real estate partners and approved mortgage brokers.
• Adhere to all policies with regard to KYC/ AML as set out by the Bank from time to time.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
• Follow market intelligence including internal needs & competitor activity.
