Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a customer-focused professional to support Priority Banking clients in UAE. You will manage servicing requests, assist Relationship Managers, and ensure swift resolution of inquiries at Priority Centers.

The role requires a relevant banking background, strong communication, and adherence to KYC/AML standards, with opportunities for development and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• High School or Bachelor degree
• Relevant experience in related/similar job

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end customer service to Priority Banking customers.
• Assist RMs by taking ownership of servicing requirements for customers in the RM’s portfolio.
• Ensure Priority Center visitors are serviced on priority
• Address customer complaints & First Contact Resolution
• Follow up until the customer complaint is resolved
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of Priority Banking customers while ensuring policy compliance
