Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in processing client transactions and account services within Priority Banking or similar.
• Strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and service standards.
• Ability to engage with clients and cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle account openings, documentation, fund transfers, investments, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate investment-related transactions and prepare client portfolio reports and statements.
• Maintain MIS reports on RM activities and client interactions and archive documents in line with policy.
