Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a seasoned corporate relationship professional in the UAE to develop large to medium client relationships and deliver tailored solutions. You will analyze client needs, mobilize cross-sell opportunities, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth.

The role emphasizes credit risk oversight, market awareness, and adherence to regulatory standards while collaborating across business units to realize opportunities and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate relationship management or institutional banking with exposure to credit analysis, KYC/AML, and banking platforms such as Finacle or Temenos.
• Strong understanding of market trends, the local regulatory environment, and the ability to build quality relationships.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review the market to identify opportunities in allocated segments and develop proposals for approval.
• Prepare and gain approval for proposals that will meet policies and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain key relationships to leverage business achievement.
• Adhere to policies and procedures with audit/satisfactory ratings.
• Provide professional advice on products and services to customers and leads to other units.
• Monitor credit risk quality and portfolio health across the client base.
• Drive revenue growth and client retention through strategic relationship management.
