Job summary

National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) is seeking a seasoned Priority Banking professional to manage high-net-worth relationships across Ras Al Khaimah. The role aims to drive acquisition, deliver outstanding service, and maximize cross-sell opportunities across investments, assets and liabilities.

You will work closely with Branch Managers and business units to achieve ambitious targets while upholding regulatory and internal standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of retail banking experience with 2+ years in Priority Banking.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial and business objectives for the Priority Banking segment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while following TATs, SLAs and consumer protections.
• Drive NTB and NTP acquisition through Relationship Managers and branch channels.
• Promote Priority Banking products and advisory services to HNWIs to meet investment targets.
• Profile customers, assess finances and risk, and perform required due diligence (KYC/AML).
• Monitor products and service levels, providing insights to improve portfolio quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize rejection rates and grow the portfolio.
