Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior HR professional to lead the design and maintenance of the municipality's job description system and job classification framework.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to review amendments, develop competency types and proficiency levels, and establish career path mechanisms. You will also prepare the job budget and monitor costs to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience.

• Develop and maintain the job description system, as well as the methodology for job design and job classification within the municipality, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Review amendments to various job descriptions and prepare job descriptions for newly created positions.
• Develop the overall competency framework, including different competency types and proficiency levels.
• Establish and periodically update career path mechanisms, and propose new career paths for positions as needed.
• Prepare the job budget and calculate associated costs, while ensuring regular updates and compliance monitoring.
