Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a senior Pricing Manager – Aftersales to lead pricing strategy across multiple brands. You will govern retail prices, fixed-price services, labour rates, discounts, and menu pricing to optimize margins while aligning with brand positioning.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with pricing analytics tools, and a track record of driving revenue growth in a multinational automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within the automotive sector.
• Experience in a multinational organization, automotive distributor, or OEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Pricing in preparing quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑term aftersales pricing plans.
• Develop budget assumptions covering retail prices, labour rates, service packages, discounts, revenue, and gross margin performance.
• Review actual results against budgets and forecasts and explain material variances.
• Design fixed‑price service and repair offers for high‑demand customer jobs.
• Confirm fixed‑price packages remain competitive while delivering profitability.
• Review labour, parts, consumables, and other cost components before establishing package prices.
