Job summary

Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd in Dubai seeks a Presales Consultant for Compute Infrastructure to drive technical solutioning around servers, storage, virtualization, and backup. You will gather requirements, align offerings, and work with Sales and Product teams to win deals.

The role involves preparing RFI/RFP responses, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting both new business and upsell opportunities with strong domain knowledge of leading OEM solutions.

Qualifications

Engineering or Equivalent required.
Presales experience in compute infrastructure preferred.
Knowledge of HPE/Dell EMC/Nutanix/VMware/Commvault/Cohesity.
Certifications in HPE MASE, Commvault CVSA, Server & Storage, Backup Solutions are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide presales assistance with sales targets.
Illustrate value of solutions to prospects.
Align capabilities with client requirements through professional approach.
Participate in RFI/RFP, bid coordination, discovery, and requirements gathering.
Promote opportunities into existing accounts and support customer success.
Involve in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities to aid deal closure.
Work with product manager to generate leads and opportunities.
Handle products like HPE, Dell EMC, Nutanix, VMware, Commvault, Cohesity.
Provide product trainings to internal sales teams.
Engage in commercial discussions with principals when required.
Liaise with distributors for product availability and pricing.
Assist sales in closing deals on technical grounds.

PRESALES CONSULTANT COMPUTE INFRASTRUCTURE

Job Purpose:

Presales Consultant Compute Infrastructure is responsible for the technical solutioning on servers storage virtualization Backup and related services. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements defining the solution as per the customer requirements. Work with Product manager to define the product vision and customer satisfaction goals are met

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Sales team to provide full presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets.
Illustrate the value of the companys solution to prospects in a compelling manner.
Responsible for aligning companys capabilities (products and services) with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach
Participate in the completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents bid coordination prospect qualification discovery and requirements gathering product demonstrations technical discussions and design solution proposals.
Promote and support sales opportunities into existing accounts and help to ensure that customers are successful in their objectives.
Involve in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals
Work closely with product manager to generate leads and opportunities
Current Products that needs to be handled are HPE DELL EMC Nutanix VMWARE Commvault Cohesity etc.
Provide product Trainings to Internal Sales Teams
Commercial Discussions with Principals if required
Discussions with OEM Presales on Regular basis
Liaising with Distributors for Product Availability and Prices
Help Sales close the deals on technical grounds if required
