Job summary

Intertec Softwares seeks a Senior Product Manager for Compute Infrastructure to lead technical solutioning on servers, storage, virtualization and backup. You will gather requirements, define the product vision and work with sales and marketing to drive opportunities.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong analytical skills and experience in large system integration. Certifications in backup and storage are valued; cloud certs are a plus. This is an on-site Dubai-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 12–15 years of experience in large system integration.
• Certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.

• Collaborate with Sales to provide product and presales support to meet sales targets.

Job description

Job Purpose:

Sr. Product Manager Compute Infrastructure is responsible for the technical solutioning on servers storage virtualization Backup and related services. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements defining the solution as per the customer requirements. Works to define the product vision and customer satisfaction goals are met

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales team to provide full Product and Presales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets.
• Illustrate the value of the companys solution to prospects in a compelling manner.
• Responsible for aligning companys capabilities (products and services) with client business requirements through a professional and ethical business approach
• Participate in the completion of submitted RFI/RFP documents bid coordination prospect qualification discovery and requirements gathering product demonstrations technical discussions and design solution proposals.
• Promote and support sales opportunities into existing accounts and help to ensure that customers are successful in their objectives.
• Involve in Proof-Of-Concept (POC) activities in order to assist sales in closing deals
• Work closely with Marketing to generate leads and opportunities
• Current Products that needs to be handled are HPE DELL EMC Nutanix VMWARE Commvault Cohesity etc.
• Provide product Trainings to Internal Sales Teams
• Commercial Discussions with Principals if required
• Discussions with OEM teams on Regular basis
• Liaising with Distributors for Product Availability and Prices
• Help Sales close the deals on technical grounds if required

Competitive Analysis

Manage the OEM partnership certifications and track the revenue threshold with each OEM

Educational Qualifications
