Job summary

Alba Cars showroom in Dubai seeks a service-minded Service Advisor to bridge customers and the workshop. You will drive a premium service experience while supporting upsell of services and accessories.

You will greet clients, explain estimates, coordinate with the workshop, handle inquiries, and maintain detailed service records to ensure smooth, customer-centric operations. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, and you will collaborate with sales on showroom coordination to maximize

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an automotive showroom or service center.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales Coordinator in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities
