Job summary

Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC in Dubai seeks a Service Advisor to champion customer service at the heart of our service centre. You will translate customer needs into workshop actions, provide accurate cost estimates, and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians.

You will up-sell services, maintain client databases, and uphold compliance with manufacturer guidelines. A degree and UAE automobile experience are required, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• UAE/Middle East Automobile experience.
• Proven experience of achieving targets.
• Certified Service Advisor (highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Take vehicle details, provide time/cost estimates, and ensure customer understanding of work performed.
• Check invoices for accuracy and explain additional costs and warranty information.
• Pro-actively communicate with customers for additional work, safety, cost and time impact.
• Understand customer vehicle requirements to support sales and service profitability.
• Upsell additional services/products to increase service centre profitability.
• Plan jobs to optimise workshop utilisation and coordinate with workshop leads for accuracy.
• Maintain customer database to aid recalls and marketing campaigns.
• Adhere to laws, guidelines, and manufacturer specifications for customer advice.
