Job summary

HSBC is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the Premier client growth strategy across the UAE retail business. You will drive an end-to-end acquisition engine for Premier and Ultra High Net Worth clients, build partnerships, and oversee onboarding and ongoing wealth-management relationships.

The role demands translating market insights into propositions, coaching a high-performance team, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. A UAE visa-friendly degree is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in developing affluent/Premier client acquisition strategies.
• Experience delivering funded client growth and converting pipelines.
• Experience in referrals, cross-selling and partnerships in banking.
• Experience onboarding customers to digital trading/investment platforms.
• Ability to plan micro-marketing campaigns and client events in high-footfall locations.
• Ability to influence proposition development and communicate market insights.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the Premier acquisition strategy for UAE with targets for Premier and UHNW clients.
• Lead, coach and drive performance of the Premier acquisition team; set sales objectives and targets.
• Build high-value acquisition channels and partnerships with external firms and referrals.
• Create market presence and client acquisition opportunities via micromarketing and events.
• Ensure onboarding and ongoing relationship management across HSBC platforms.
• Collaborate across GB, CMB, WPB leadership to deliver growth and client experience.
