Job summary
Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced UAE-based Relationship Manager leader to guide the UAE National REHLATY team. You will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and portfolio development, while ensuring governance and compliance in line with bank policies.
You will coach and mentor a high-performing team, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and push the digital agenda to enhance client engagement. A strong background in Priority Banking/Wealth is preferred.
Qualifications
- University graduate with relevant sales/relationship management experience.
- Experience in banking products is preferred.
- Ability to coach and develop sales teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE HNI market is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop REHLATY team to achieve targets and revenue goals.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth and cross-sell across Priority Banking.
- Manage sales activities, pipeline reviews and coaching discussions.
- Monitor KPIs and intervene to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and reporting.
