Job summary

HSBC is seeking a strategic leader to shape and deliver the Premier client growth strategy across the UAE retail business. You will drive an end-to-end acquisition engine for Premier clients with USD 120K+ balances and UHNW prospects above USD 1M, building a scalable, high-quality client pipeline.

You will coach the Premier acquisition team, manage targets, and establish partnerships with external firms to sustain growth, while ensuring smooth onboarding and cross-selling across wealth, banking

Qualifications

Proven leadership in affluent/Premier client acquisition strategies.
Experience acquiring funded clients and building long-term relationships.
Track record generating growth through referrals, cross-selling and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Set and deliver Premier acquisition strategy for UAE; target Premier and UHNW clients.
Lead Premier acquisition team with defined objectives and targets.
Build high-value acquisition channels and partnerships with external firms and referral sources.
Direct micromarketing activities in premium locations to reach affluent prospects.
Oversee onboarding to HSBC platforms and ensure seamless relationship management.
Influence proposition development with risk, compliance and product teams.
