Job summary

J.P. Morgan in the UAE seeks a Vice President Private Banker to lead new client acquisition and retention, leveraging investments, banking, trust services and wealth planning to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will work with a dynamic team to provide clients with exceptional service and tailored wealth management strategies.

You will manage complex UHNW relationships, coordinate with specialists, and ensure adherence to risk policies while driving growth within the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Private Banking working with UHNW individuals and families within the UAE market.
• Proven sales success including prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients from within the United Arab Emirates.
• Be responsible for sales and implementation of investment, banking and trust/estate products to core clients as appropriate.
• Leverage and coordinate specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for our most complex clients.
• Manage each account to ensure that the client has a completed profile and that accounts are properly maintained and serviced, specifically adhering to J.P. Morgan Risk Management policies.
• Build trust with clients and effectively manage relationships.
• Ensure that the proposed products and services maximize the clients' needs, goals and objective
