Job summary

EMS EXHIBITION & CONFERENCE ORGANIZING in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Pre‑Sales Engineer to translate customer needs into end‑to‑end technical solutions across IoT, networking, and digital transformation. You will design architectures, BOMs, and PoCs, and support the sales team in technical discussions.

The role requires 3–7 years of enterprise experience, strong TCP/IP, VPNs, industrial networking, and the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 3–7 years in pre‑sales/solutions engineering or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise IoT, industrial, telecom, or technology solutions.
• Experience in a value‑added distributor, SI, vendor, or solution provider environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable end‑to‑end solutions.
• Design and propose architectures, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Support sales in meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, and tender responses.
• Conduct PoC activities, demonstrate value, and assist in vendor engagements.
• Enable partners with training and technical collateral for solution adoption.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical compliance.
