Job summary

OrionTEK is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Abu Dhabi to bridge technical solutions with customer needs. You will gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and present compelling technical proposals throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires strong presentation skills, deep technical knowledge, and experience with ELV, AV, IT, or IoT projects. You will collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure feasible, cost-effective solutions and successful engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in ELV integration, AV, IT, or IOT projects.
• Experience designing tailored technical solutions and conducting POCs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer needs and goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand challenges and outcomes.
• Interpret requirements to propose suitable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop tailored technical solutions and create proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs.
• Assist in tender management (RFPs/RFIs) and ensure timely submissions.
• Validate feasibility, assess risks, and recommend alternatives as needed.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams for alignment.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and proposed solutions.
