Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to act as the technical lead across the sales cycle in Dubai. You will partner with Account Managers to support new business and growth opportunities, delivering tailored demonstrations and PoC environments that translate technical capabilities into clear business value.

You will present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Arabic, build customer relationships, and help shape responses to RFIs/RFPs while aligning with

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; able to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Commercial mindset with interest in sales and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations remotely and in person.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present solution overviews and deep dives.
• Support customers through evaluation, PoC and decision stages.
• Build and configure demo and PoC environments.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses, articulating business value and technical capability.
• Partner with Sales to understand objectives and position solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; support partner and marketing activities.
• Provide feedback to product teams on trends and requirements.
• Take ownership of the technical aspects of deals through to close.
