Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and technical requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges, requirements and goals.
• Support presales activities: meetings, workshops, demonstrations, presentations and technical discussions.
• Prepare architecture documents, technical proposals, SOWs, implementation plans and project scope definitions.
• Design and position solutions across AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Ops & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and during delivery.
• Lead solution presentations and respond to technical inquiries during bids.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create innovative, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance offerings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Design and develop end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements.
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges, requirements, and strategic goals.
• Support presales activities, including customer meetings, workshops, solution demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, statements of work (SOW), implementation plans, and project scope definitions.
• Design and position solutions across one or more technology domains, including AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead solution presentations and respond to technical and functional inquiries during bid and proposal processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop innovative, scalable, and competitive solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
• Support project delivery teams during implementation by providing architectural oversight and technical expertise.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, technical consulting, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in the following areas: AI & Intelligent Automation, Digital Transformation, IT Operations & Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, automation technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in preparing technical proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
