Job summary

TALENTMATE is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Dubai, UAE, to work closely with the Sales team on technical issues, design solutions, and training. The role involves building strong partner and customer relationships and driving multiple technical initiatives.

You will act as a subject matter expert, support account planning, lead technical sales calls, and drive proofs of concept and RFP responses. Open to relocation within the region for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience with strong expertise in IBM Software – AI & Automation.
• Regional experience covering Middle East & Levant markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of the company products/services.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account penetration strategies and targets.
• Lead technical sales calls and demonstrations with customers and partners.
• Manage POC/RFPs and support deal closure from a pre-sales perspective.
• Develop content, train and support partners and customers.
