• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, oil & gas operations is often essential.
• Arabic language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing applications and supporting documentation from potential vendors or clients.
• Follow standard operating procedures for pre-qualification, helping to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is complete.
• Organize, file, and archive pre-qualification records. Update databases with approved or pending qualification statuses and track progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, engineering, and sales to gather specific requirements and information needed for evaluations.
• Help with initial assessments and evaluations of submissions based on company checklists and guidelines.
• Prepare draft reports or summaries for internal review and provide support and guidance to clients or vendors on the pre-qualification process.
• Verify that all submissions and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
