Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Continuous Performance Testing and Warranty Period Manager in Dubai to oversee a confidential power generation project. The role is focused on plant performance monitoring, warranty obligations, and technical follow-up with stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 12 years of experience in power generation and commissioning. Strong technical and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in power generation, commissioning, performance testing, operations, warranty management, or plant reliability.
• Strong experience with performance guarantees, reliability testing, capacity testing, COD / PAC / FAC processes, and defects liability management.
• Experience in waste-to-energy, biogas, landfill gas, thermal power, utilities, or IPP projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical follow-up during the warranty/defects liability period.
• Monitor plant performance, reliability, availability, and performance guarantee parameters.
• Coordinate continuous performance testing, warranty inspections, periodic site visits.
