Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering; strong understanding of power plant operations.
Experience leading plant performance improvements and maintenance planning.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction for plant performance and efficiency improvements.
Lead data-driven analysis, KPI development, and RCAs to minimize downtime.
Plan and coordinate maintenance strategies, MOC processes, and engineering projects.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimise site performance.
