Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities including Gas Engine Generator systems
- Develop and enhance preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment
- Drive reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance
- Plan and execute minor electrical capital projects in accordance with engineering standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective solutions
- Provide technical support to operations and expansion project teams
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on electrical compliance matters
- Collaborate with Licensed Electrical Workers to ensure safety and regulatory adherence
- Participate in emergency response and operational support duties
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, or power generation facilities
- Hands‑on experience with high‑voltage electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
- Clear documentation and reporting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Capable of working independently in operational environments
