Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is looking for a Site Manager / Construction Manager to lead the Owner’s Engineer team for a confidential power generation IPP project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of construction management experience, overseeing EPC construction activities, site supervision, and contractor coordination.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with expertise in EPC projects, QA/QC, and HSE practices. UAE/GCC project experience is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management or site management.
• Strong knowledge of EPC construction, QA/QC, HSE, and contractor management.
• UAE / GCC project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary Owner’s Engineer site supervision team.
• Monitor construction, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate punch list management and handover readiness.
