Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in power generation or oil and gas environments.
• Experience with turbines or rotating equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to travel for site support and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for gas turbines, steam turbines, and auxiliary systems.
• Plan and coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
• Analyze plant performance data focusing on reliability, availability, and maintainability.
• Prepare reports supporting billing, performance guarantees, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.
• Prepare technical documentation including procedures, reports, and proposals.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Travel to project sites for technical support and project coordination.
