Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer Power Generation based in Dubai, UAE. This role will oversee electrical maintenance, reliability, and project support within power generation and oil & gas facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and a minimum of 5 years experience. A competitive salary between 20,000‑30,000 AED monthly is offered, along with opportunities to work in critical energy facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, or power generation facilities.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities including Gas Engine Generator systems.
• Develop and enhance preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
• Drive reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
