A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Revenue Management professional in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for enhancing hotel revenue through data analysis and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, 3 years of experience in revenue management, and familiarity with revenue management tools. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsible for supporting hotels in enhancing revenue and market performance sharing in depth data analysis and recommending strategies for execution.
Maintain IHG system and revenue process expertise status for self.
Work closely with RSPD-Revenue Services & Sr PRM community to find ways of improving performance, share agreed best practice and successes.
Actively collaborate with cross functional teams to drive the needs of the business – including tools, data, reporting and processes.
Deliver SL’s in line with the needs of the BU for driving Room Revenue, ToRe, RevPAR, RGI performance.
Ensure the effective roll out of new tools, system releases & programs ensuring team education and adoption.
Stay up to date with intelligence in the hotel industry & market(s) and use insight to drive revenue performance for the hotels within the portfolio.
Provide commercial team with insight into hotel performance and outlook and support with budgeting and RFP cycle.
As needed, support NHOP or conversion set-up.
Analyzing competitor and market pricing and trends to come with the right pricing strategy by segment and for each revenue stream.
Drive system adoption scores for the portfolio hotels.
Ongoing system health‑checks, content/third party audits.
Creation, presentation and uploading forecast in internal systems.
Prepare for and conduct Revenue meetings in line with the Revenue Management Cycle for all revenue streams to identify risks opportunities, potential revenue driving activities or strategic direction shifts.
Participation in business reviews meetings with both corporate and owners.
Analysis and report on EOM performance and RMIs / RM Dashboard.
