Job summary

Organon LLC in the UAE is seeking a Customer Representative to engage healthcare professionals, promote Women’s Health products, and build loyal partnerships. You will plan visits, deliver outcomes data, and drive a robust sales pipeline while aligning with brand and market access teams.

The role requires a pharma sales track record, English fluency, and a UAE driving license. Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with travel within the UAE as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or medical sciences.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in pharma.
• Proven sales track record and women’s health experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; UAE driving license required.
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, willing to travel within UAE.

Responsibilities

• Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
• Build and maintain a good business relationship with customers.
• Plan and conduct daily visits to HCPs to promote products.
• Create and monitor lead generation plans to build a sales pipeline.
• Provide clinical and outcomes data regarding products.
• Discuss how products can help meet the organization’s quality metrics.
• Respond to customer questions and provide solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals following established processes.
• Collaborate with Brand, Customer Managers, and market access teams.
• Ensure 100% execution under Pharmacovigilance SOPs.
