Job summary

Organon seeks a Customer Representative to manage a healthcare professional network and demonstrate value through product and disease knowledge, sales, and account management. You will engage HCPs to position Organon as a partner for better health outcomes.

You will execute strategic marketing within compliance, collaborate with commercial and market access teams, and strive to meet regional targets with a focus on quality interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Very good command of English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with required practical applications & software.
• Competent presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel.
• Transferable Qatari residency.
• 1-3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Based in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Scientific Marketing of products to meet targets.
• Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to build a pipeline.
• Conducts customer representative calls with prospective/existing customers.
• Provide clinical and outcomes data for products and services.
• Develops business-to-business partnerships to drive revenue and reduce cost.
• Tailors messages to the audience and aligns with brand strategy.
• Discusses how products meet quality metrics for organizations.
• Responds to customer questions and builds rapport.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals while ensuring high customer experience.
