The Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Social Media Manager to be the central hub of our client delivery operations.

This is a hybrid role that combines hands‑on execution with strategic oversight and team coordination.

You will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ performance marketing campaigns and social media strategies are executed flawlessly, optimized for results, and delivered on time.

From day one, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility, managing the full lifecycle of our client projects.

You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, working directly with our media buyers, content creators, and the CEO to ensure we are exceeding client expectations.

What You Will Own & Do
  • Performance Marketing Operations (50%):
    • Campaign Oversight: Manage the end‑to‑end setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Funnel Management: Oversee the architecture of client funnels, from landing pages and CRM integration to marketing automations, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
    • Performance Analysis: Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews of all client accounts, identifying opportunities for optimization and working with media buyers to implement changes.
    • Quality Assurance: Act as the final checkpoint for all campaigns before they go live, ensuring tracking is in place, ad copy is flawless, and targeting is precise.
    • Client Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, insightful performance reports to clients, providing strategic recommendations and handling any escalations.
  • Social Media & Content Operations (50%):
    • Content Workflow: Manage the content pipeline from concept to distribution, coordinating with our creative strategist, videographer, and editors to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
    • Content Calendar Management: Own the content calendars for Division50 and our clients, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
    • Platform Expertise: Oversee the posting and distribution of content across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for each channel and posted at the most effective times.
    • Community & Engagement: Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities and ensure our clients’ communities are being managed effectively.
    • Quality Control: Ensure all content meets our high standards for quality, brand alignment, and creative excellence before it is published.
Progression

We are hiring for potential, not just experience. The right person in this role can grow into a Head of Operations within 12‑18 months.

Requirements
  • 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and/or social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel), and marketing automation.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and lead team meetings.
  • Based in Dubai with a valid work visa or eligibility.
