Cx Unicorn is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive in the United Arab Emirates to own paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more, translating data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in Looker Studio/Power BI, optimizing campaigns, and presenting results to stakeholders, with a focus on AI-assisted insights while maintaining data accuracy.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking
• Ability to build data dashboards and present insights
• Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creative tests, and landing page experiments
• Track performance with GA4 and analytics, and work with tech teams on tracking/data quality
• Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio or Power BI; report on leads, CPA, ROAS, revenue
• Turn data into actionable recommendations and present results to clients and stakeholders
• Lead client calls and present campaign results, explanations, and next steps
• Prepare proposals and performance reviews for clients and internal teams
• Use AI tools to support research, reporting, and analysis while protecting client data
• Stay updated with performance marketing developments and experimentation approaches
