The role focuses on high-quality lead generation through Google Ads and Meta Ads, with emphasis on conversions, ROI, and business growth. Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of lead generation, paid advertising, retargeting, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and take corrective action.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing channels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, manage, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with company sales and revenue targets.
Generate high-quality leads for Business Setup, Real Estate, Accounting & Taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, PRO Services, and related services.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis to improve campaign performance.
Monitor KPIs including CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Lead Quality, and Cost per Acquisition.
Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, keywords, and placements.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions from existing website visitors and leads.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GA Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
Analyze customer journeys and marketing funnels and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
Stay updated with latest changes, trends, tools, algorithms, and advertising policies across Google and Meta platforms.
