Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proven leadership of teams and client accounts.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.
• Mentor Performance Executives and Senior Executives.
• Own client relationships as primary performance strategy contact.
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor ROI, revenue pacing, and account health.
• Deliver insights via reporting and business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
