Job summary

Suno is seeking a senior creative lead to own paid social storytelling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You will shape concepts, produce assets, and iterate for performance while maintaining brand identity.

Collaborate with performance marketing to turn data and channel feedback into creative inputs, leverage AI to scale production, and mentor junior creatives in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative.
• Hybrid graphic and motion design with strong animation capability.
• Portfolio showing craft and performance in paid social.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Deep understanding of paid social hooks, formats and platform conventions.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand identity into paid social creative for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Own the full branded creative pipeline from concepting to production and iteration.
• Build and maintain a creative roadmap for testing and production.
• Partner with the performance marketing team to use data and channel feedback as inputs.
• Use AI tools to extend creative output and scale production processes.
