Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a motion designer to concept, edit, and animate assets for social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

You will translate marketing objectives into engaging creative concepts and analyze performance metrics to drive measurable actions. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, and AI tools is required, with a strong portfolio and excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or performance creative.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and social-first storytelling.
• Experience creating paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Understanding of CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
• High-level written and spoken English.
• Relevant design degree is an advantage.
