Job summary

Suno is seeking a senior creative lead to own paid social storytelling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You will shape concepts, produce assets, and iterate for performance while maintaining brand identity.

Collaborate with performance marketing to turn data and channel feedback into creative inputs, leverage AI to scale production, and mentor junior creatives in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative.
• Hybrid graphic and motion design with strong animation capability.
• Portfolio showing craft and performance in paid social.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Deep understanding of paid social hooks, formats and platform conventions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative
• Hybrid graphic and motion design skills with strong animation capability
• Portfolio demonstrating both craft and performance orientation in paid social
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
• Deep understanding of paid social hooks, formats, and platform conventions

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools (generative image, video, or copy)
• Background in music, entertainment, or creator-focused consumer products
• Experience managing or mentoring junior creative contributors
