Qualifications

• In-house brand experience required, not agency-only.
• Proven track record of owning or influencing paid social creative strategy.
• Experience producing hundreds of ads per month.

Responsibilities

• Advise on paid social trends and format shifts.
• Recommend channel strategy for brand presence across paid social.
• Adapt campaigns for feed, story, and in-feed formats.
• Improve creative briefing processes with performance emphasis.
• Advise on testing and creative automation for large-scale testing.
