Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking an HR Admin/People Services professional in Dubai to manage regional HR inquiries and lifecycle operations, leveraging Workday for onboarding, offboarding, and data changes. You will support payroll, handle visa processes with immigration partners, and ensure compliance with UAE (and Kuwait) Labour Laws and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or People Services, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law (MOHRE).
• Experience handling regional visa and sponsorship processes.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries and manage ticket escalations.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, and core data changes in Workday.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and issue official documentation.
• Partner with immigration providers to execute visa applications, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain compliance with UAE and Kuwait Labour Laws and data protection standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR procedures and leverage technology to eliminate inefficiencies.
