Job summary

Delivery Hero seeks a proactive People Operations professional in Dubai to support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, coordinate with PROs for UAE labor contracts, IDs and medicals, and ensure data accuracy across HRIS and dashboards.

You will handle benefits enrollment, payroll inputs, and MOHRE-compliant HR processes, driving automation in HR systems while maintaining policy adherence under UAE labor law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations/HR within the UAE Mainland.
• Solid understanding of MOHRE processes and UAE labor law.
• Experience handling high volumes of onboarding/offboarding transactions.
• Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR queries and provide policy guidance to employees, managers and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including document collection, verification and filing.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness across HRIS, dashboards and trackers.
• Coordinate UAE government-related formalities (work permits, MOHRE, Emirates IDs, medicals).
• Manage benefits enrollment and payroll inputs for new hires and leavers.
