Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a People Services Advisor for the Middle East on a 6-month FTC in Dubai. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and covers UAE & Kuwait, delivering first-line HR support and administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage onboarding, visa support, insurance, and data changes in Workday, support monthly payroll, and ensure compliance with local labour laws while driving process improvements and analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR administration or People Services role, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE and visa/sponsorship processes.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS for data management and lifecycle processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and administration for UAE & Kuwait employees and managers.
• Manage onboarding, visa support, insurance, and data changes in Workday; assist payroll preparation.
• Handle regional visa and immigration processes with providers and government bodies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/Kuwait labour laws and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and deliver people analytics dashboards.
