Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a Workplace Associate to ensure smooth operation of our UAE office and create an engaging place to work for employees.

You will join the Workplace Operations team, handling culture events, facilities management, budget tracking, asset management and executive calendar support.

Strong English communication, administrative aptitude, and UAE work authorization are required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Administrative efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for global stakeholders.
• Must hold UAE passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging culture events to foster community.
• Manage facilities contracts with third-party suppliers.
• Process regional Purchase Orders and invoices with Procurement Hub.
• Oversee office inventory, asset register, and onboarding kits.
• Provide calendar support to management across the region.
