Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a People Services Advisor for a 6-month FTC. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration (3 days) with remote work (2 days) to deliver frontline HR support across the UAE and Kuwait.

You’ll own first-line HR inquiries, manage onboarding and data changes in Workday, assist payroll, and oversee visa processes. You’ll also ensure UAE/Kuwait Labour Law compliance and contribute to people analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR administration or People Services experience, ideally within the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law MOHRE and visa processes.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and manage ticket escalations.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and data changes in Workday; support payroll preparation.
• Oversee regional visa applications, renewals, and quota submissions.
• Ensure UAE and Kuwait Labour Law compliance and data protection standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR procedures and deliver people analytics dashboards.
