Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a People Services Advisor for a 6-month FTC. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration (3 days) with remote work (2 days) to deliver frontline HR support across the UAE and Kuwait.

You’ll own first-line HR inquiries, manage onboarding and data changes in Workday, assist payroll, and oversee visa processes. You’ll also ensure UAE/Kuwait Labour Law compliance and contribute to people analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR administration or People Services experience, ideally within the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law MOHRE and visa processes.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

People Services Advisor - Middle East - 6 month FTC

We're looking for a People Services Advisor to join our Dubai team. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). In this role, you’ll help us deliver seamless, first-line HR support and administration to employees and managers across the UAE & Kuwait, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and compliance with local labour laws.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own First-Line HR Support: Act as the primary point of contact for regional HR enquiries, managing ticket escalations on our case management platform.
• Deliver End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Operations: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and core data changes in Workday, while supporting monthly payroll preparation and issuing official documentation.
• Manage Regional Visa & Immigration Processes: Partner with immigration providers and government relations for visa applications, renewals, and quota submissions.
• Ensure Legal & Policy Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with UAE and Kuwait Labour Laws and data protection standards.
• Drive Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to simplify HR procedures and deliver people analytics dashboards.

What You’ll Need to Thrive:

• Proven experience in an HR administration or People Services role, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law under MOHRE alongside hands-on experience managing regional visa and sponsorship processes.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Workday or similar enterprise HRIS for data management and lifecycle processing.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
