Job summary

M&C Saatchi Group is seeking a proactive, data-driven People Operations Specialist MENA to support People Operations across the MENA region from Dubai in a hybrid model. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, streamline processes, ensure compliance and deliver an engaging employee experience for managers and staff.

Based in Dubai, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia, you will work with Global and regional teams to drive operational excellence, employment

Qualifications

• Experience delivering People Operations support in complex environments, including benefits, immigration and global mobility.
• Project coordination across multiple stakeholders, moving initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Employment law knowledge of UAE frameworks with ability to guide managers through key processes.
• Multi-tasking and organisation with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to influence with peers and managers.
• Service orientation with a solutions-focused approach to employee support.
• Continuous improvement mindset to simplify processes and enhance experience.
• Analytical thinking with ability to produce clear data insights and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across regions.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: support consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle and coordinate upskilling sessions.
• Operational Audit & Projects: review and enhance processes, policies and systems across MENA; support automation and policy roll-out.
• People Operations Triage: act as escalation point for complex queries; collaborate with People Partners to ensure joined-up service.
• Global Employment & Mobility: coordinate with external vendors for global transfers; guidance on relocation, visas and remuneration.
• Visa & Compliance: review visa compliance, educate managers on requirements and monitor Right to Work checks.
• People Data & Insight: produce accurate data and reporting for local and global audiences.
• Global HRIS (Workday): act as Workday champion supporting rollouts, adoption and training.
• Benefits Management: evolve benefits offerings and improve employee experience.
• Payroll Administration: coordinate monthly payroll submissions and onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with payroll provider.
